Individual Counseling
I specialize in working people experiencing grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Couples Counseling
My approach to couples counseling is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is all about helping couples break out of negative patterns, connect on a deeper emotional level, and rebuild trust and intimacy. Relationships can be challenging. This is NORMAL, because we all carry wounds shaped by our pasts that we bring with us to our relationships. EFT encourages partners to share their emotions and vulnerabilities in a safe and supportive way, helping to create a stronger emotional bond and a more secure connection. I’m passionate about working with couples, no matter where they are in their relationship, and I love helping partners find their way back to each other.
Supervision
​If you’re an LMSW working toward your LCSW license, I’d love to help you get there. Teaching and mentoring are my passions, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to guide Master’s-level students as a field instructor and provide supervision to others on their path to licensure.
Supervision with me is all about collaboration. I’m here to support you, help you grow your clinical skills, and work with you to reach your professional goals. It’s an exciting journey, and I’d be honored to be part of it.
